Sooo, I've decided to update my journal after almost a year. I just never really have all that much to talk about to be honest. And while I'm sure just talking about random things and putting up random amusing things in my journal would be more productive, I've never been very good at that either. I try, but in the end I feel like I'm just wasting a resource...or the time that everyone takes to read it, when it isn't about something significant. However, now that I think about it, reading about something amusing and insignificant is probably more interesting than reading about someone's life, when you've never met the person and probably never will. So, after having said all this, I really don't know what to write about...

School is finally out and it's summer, something for which I am infinitely grateful. I am soo happy for that. Oh! And the other great happiness of the summer of 2008, my friend asked me to be his girlfriend - which I happily accepted. So, now I have a boyfriend, which makes me very happy and we are hanging out today, which makes me even happier. I don't know what we are going to do or if we are going to do anything at all, but just being with him makes me happy.

My mother signed up for California Family Fitness and she signed me up as well, so we've been going together, but my mother's business has been picking up, so we haven't gone at all this week, which makes me a little sad, but we'll probably go tonight.

Oh! And I went to the mall with my friends on Monday and that was an amusing experience, let me tell you. We'd just seen the movie Hellboy II: The Golden Army and so several of us really needed to use the restroom. The guy who just became my boyfriend was also there and also the only boy there. He was waiting outside the girl's restroom, standing a reasonable distance away, but he also had several other girls hanging around him, so a security came up to him and asked what was going on. The problem was resolved, but after that my friends and I went into the store Charolette Russe, which he didn't want to go into, so he stood outside. And apparently we took so long - which was worth it, because I got this really adorable shirt that's supposed to be a dress, but I were to wear it as I dress I'm pretty sure I'd be exposing my Good Girl for all the world to see. Anyways, we took so long that one security guard went by, then another and finally the third security guard picked up my boyfriend and took him away. We couldn't find him until we were done with our purchases and left the store and then saw him heading back toward us. We then went into Icing's, which he wisely followed us into, however when my friend Chelsea left the store because she wanted to rest and sit down, he did as well and while they were sitting down another security guard came up and asked my friend, Chelsea, if he was bothering her. My poor boyfriend was very frustrated and amused with the whole event. We all were.
